Review this product...

William and Margaret Joyce - Lord and Lady Haw-Haw were much ridiculed and reviled during the 2nd World War by many Britons. Both broadcast in Germany in support of the German war effort and tried to damage British morale with their broadcasts. Joyce was not even a British citizen (and the book hints at him being an informant for the MI5), yet he was executed for treason but his wife wasn't even prosecuted; a very strange outcome. No doubt his connections with MI5 were related to this outcome. This is a very interesting book on the man, his wife and that period in history, well worth a read. It's in very good condition, both book and dustjacket, 2005, 1st Edition.
